Lalith Parakum discovered dance as a child at Hadapangoda Maha Vidyalaya, training from his earliest school years under his first teacher, Padma. That early spark became a lifelong calling.

He went on to train for over twelve years under master Shan Karunagoda the foundation that shaped him into a professional. From there, dance became his life.

He carried his craft beyond Sri Lanka’s shores, studying and performing across Singapore, Indonesia and China, collecting international titles along the way  and today owns the largest international dance academy of its kind in the country.
